How It Started
Back in 2002, I started Monument Staffing in Boston. Over the years, my team and I helped more than 10,000 people move forward in their careers and supported more than 600 companies with their hiring decisions. We guided, advised and celebrated thousands of new job connections and built relationships that still mean the world to us.
In January 2025, I sold Monument Staffing to a former team member and took some time off to decide what was next for me. In November 2025, Monument Search Group was launched with a team of experienced recruiters from across the country offering work from wherever flexibility and a responsibility of helping people get back to work.
So…I’m back. Let’s get started!
