I’m a proud father of four who loves spending time outdoors—whether it’s skiing down fresh powder in Vermont or hiking a new trail with my wife. When I’m not outside, you might find me starring as an extra in a feature film or diving into my next business idea.
I started my career in recruiting back in 1996 and opened my own firm, Monument Staffing, in 2002. After 23 years, I sold Monument Staffing and am now excited to be building something new…Monument Search Group, a proud affiliate of Monument Staffing. For me, business has always been about people, passion, and the adventure that comes with creating something from the ground up.

Born and raised in Texas, I’ve spent the past 15 years in the staffing and recruiting industry, and nothing excites me more than connecting great people with great opportunities. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Texas State University in San Marcos, and I carry that Bobcat pride with me wherever I go.
I thrive on building lasting relationships and take pride in finding the perfect fit for both clients and candidates. Over the years, I’ve recruited across a wide range of industries—including healthcare, legal, technical, and everything in between.
At Monument Search Group, I focus on legal recruiting across Texas, Florida, Illinois, and California. I’m always excited to connect with new clients and look forward to building strong partnerships and lasting connections.

Born in the Dominican Republic, I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and bring over 10 years of experience in hiring and recruiting across healthcare and franchising. Throughout my career, I’ve supported both high-volume staffing and executive level placements, which has given me a strong understanding of organizational structure, team dynamics and long-term talent strategy. I am also currently obtaining my CFE ( Certified Franchise Executive ) through the International Franchise Association to further strengthen my expertise in franchise operations and leadership.
I am passionate about building genuine relationships and creating a positive seamless experience for both clients and candidates. At Monument Search Group, I am excited to bring my full-desk recruiting background and client focused approach to a team that is building something truly exceptional.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, training my dogs or planning my next getaway. I love staying connected, keeping things fun and bringing warmth and personality into everything I do.
Lisa joined Monument Search Group in November 2025, and brings 25 years of agency experience supporting all verticals. Lisa found that she really enjoys working with dynamic individuals from all employment industries, but really enjoys working in the Aerospace sector with a focus on Engineering. She works closely with both clients and candidates, building strong, lasting relationships. She especially enjoys the personal connections that come with helping individuals navigate important career transitions.
Outside of work, she loves playing with her delightfully playful two Boston Terriers. Also, she loves being able to have an impact in her community through volunteering in various capacities – to show compassion from across the street to across the sea. She lives by the standard of making things better than they were when she arrived. She is driven and dedicated, and eager to make an impact in YOUR life!
